Senior Clienteling Manager



The Senior Clienteling Manager is a pivotal role within Value Retail, focused on driving the Private Client strategy at our esteemed luxury destinations. This position requires a unique blend of brand ambassadorship and organizational management skills, with a primary objective of attracting and engaging High Net Worth (HNW) clientele.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW guests, fostering a clienteling mindset and culture within the Private Client Services team.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and engage HNW individuals for Private Client Services and the Black Book database.

  • Collaborate with Retail and Hospitality teams to implement Village Referral programs and drive incremental revenue opportunities.

  • Design and deliver exclusive events and activities to attract new Clients and lead the PCS events manager in their execution.

  • Establish partnerships with third-party institutions, corporate entities, private clubs, associations, and international expat communities to target HNW individuals.

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Requirements:





  • Previous experience working closely with HNW clients.

  • A strong network of HNW clients and/or sales experience with HNW clientele.

  • Experience working in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.

  • Familiarity with attending industry functions, providing feedback on market and creative trends.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
