We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join Blue Mountain Loans. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to our innovative team's success.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, collaborate with hiring managers, and conduct reference checks and background screenings. You will be responsible for utilizing various recruiting tools and platforms to attract top candidates and managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, ensuring that we find the best talent to fill our open roles.

Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract candidates
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
