Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Bilbao. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our President, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, meeting preparation, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the President's diary, scheduling appointments, and updating calendars
  • Prepare meeting materials, briefings, and papers as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics
  • Develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Support the planning and organization of external events
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership team
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and confidentiality
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Company Secretary obligations
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy
