">Job Description:
">This role involves providing second-line assistance to Software Support Engineers worldwide. The ideal candidate will utilize their product knowledge to help first-line Support Engineers in complex customer cases.
">The Level 2 Software Support Engineer will also provide direct support to customers with specific language needs and collaborate closely with Level 1 Support Engineers to raise the overall team knowledge.
">A key aspect of this role is leading and taking ownership of small projects such as escalation management and leading meetings.
">Requirements:
">- ">
- 5+ years' experience of advanced usage/support of Esko WebCenter">
- Experience with more Esko products is a big plus">
- Good level of English language">
- Capacity to speak other languages such as Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French or German are a big plus too">
- Familiarity with both macOS and Windows">
- Good IT troubleshooting skills are a plus too">
Compensation Package:
">The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$105,000 based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
