At Joivy, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Concierge Night Shift Representative to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for our tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our buildings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Offer a warm and professional welcome to visitors, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Oversee the safekeeping of building keys, ensuring secure access for maintenance and repairs.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.
- Perform regular walkthroughs of two entire buildings, identifying areas for improvement.
- Speak with tenants to ensure compliance with community rules and regulations.
- Act as the first point of contact for queries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage night emergency calls, providing calm and professional assistance.
**Requirements**
- Understanding of building security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ability to identify and report faults or damages in fixtures and fittings.
- Proficiency in overseeing the safekeeping and proper usage of building keys.
- Strong skills in providing a professional and warm welcome to visitors and handling tenant queries and complaints.
- Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance in the building.
- Ability to effectively liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff.
- Skills in managing and responding to night emergency calls.
- Great English and Spanish fluency (B2-C1 level both written and spoken).
- Permit to work in Spain or the EU.
