Procurement Specialist with Multilingual Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Coordinator with proficiency in Dutch and French to join our team at Babel Profiles. As a key member of our recruitment agency, you will be responsible for placing orders, managing vendor relationships, and generating reports using SAP tools.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Place orders in SAP and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any discrepancies.
- Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with regional buyers to maintain purchasing contracts and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Use SAP tools to generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Develop expertise in a specific area and assist with coverage for other countries as needed.
- Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or back office environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Language Proficiency: Native level of Dutch and full professional level of English. Intermediate level of French (B2) is also required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Excel is highly valued.
- Team Player: A team player with a positive attitude, motivation to tackle new challenges, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
