Order Management Specialist with Dutch Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist with expertise in the Dutch language to join our team at Babel Profiles. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the group by effectively training and deploying resources through the team structure.
Main Responsibilities- Order Management: Manage designated team workflows to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and targets.
- Order Processing: Input and process orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Order Validation: Validate orders and pricing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Customer Management: Manage relevant customer details and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate issues in a timely and professional manner to prevent task completion and SLA target achievement.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Team Leader, capturing performance trend metrics and actionable management information.
- Automation Support: Support the implementation and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience within a finance organization.
- Skills: Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, results-driven, team player, adaptable, excellent communication skills, quality-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn new skills.
- Education: University-level education (desirable).
