Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Place orders in SAP and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any discrepancies.
- Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with regional buyers to maintain purchasing contracts and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Use SAP tools to generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Develop expertise in a specific area and assist with coverage for other countries as needed.
- Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or back office environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Excel is highly valued.
