Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Place orders in SAP, follow up with vendors, and collaborate with regional buyers to maintain purchasing contracts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Use SAP tools to generate reports, checking for discrepancies in ordered, received, and invoiced quantities.
- Vendor Management: Resolve invoice issues using Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and support regional tasks.
- Language Support: Develop expertise in a specific area and assist with coverage for other countries as needed.
- Administrative Experience: Experience in an administrative or back office environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a native level of Dutch and full professional level of English.
