About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented CRM & Sales Specialist Intern to join our team at Merlin Digital Partner. This 6-month paid internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Market and customer research, prospecting, and validation
  • Developing business workflows for the sales pipeline using Hubspot
  • Confirming customer needs and developing initial customer profiles
  • Coordinating calls and meetings between qualified leads and marketing
  • Contribute to the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client presentations
  • Engaging with prospective customers and qualifying opportunities to ensure needs and solutions align
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus)
  • Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus
  • Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle
  • Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect
  • Team player and self-motivator to change rules
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills (English & Spanish)
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment
  • Passionate for People & Human Behaviour
