About the Role
As a Digital Business Developer at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hundreds of businesses across EMEA. Your primary goal will be to identify and qualify business needs, propose solutions, and guide customers through our sales process. You will work closely with a larger sales team to grow our customer base and achieve individual targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for businesses, proactively engaging with them to build enthusiasm and identify their needs.
• Qualify business needs and propose suitable solutions, guiding customers through our sales process.
• Work towards individual targets, while contributing to the growth of our customer base across EMEA.
Requirements
• Native proficiency in Swedish and fluent English.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong written and oral business communication skills.
• Ability to work in a goal-driven environment, attaining goals both individually and as part of a team.
What We Offer
• Full-time position, 39 hours/week, from Monday to Friday.
• Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
• Salary conditions: €23,876 - €25,330 gross/year.
• Sales bonus package: €3,407 - €4,470 gross/year.
