About the Role

At Alstom, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Cluster/Country Total Reward Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compensation Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with our company's objectives and remains competitive in the local market.
  2. Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including flexible benefits packages and other rewards initiatives.
  3. Advisory Support: Provide expert advice to senior management and HR staff on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring that our total rewards strategy is well communicated and understood.
  4. Project Management: Manage projects related to rewards, including annual salary and bonus reviews, benefits renewals, and guaranteeing data accuracy across HR systems.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report and analyze compensation and benefits trends to key stakeholders, ensuring that appropriate governance and controls are in place to ensure the accuracy and fairness of our rewards programs.
Requirements
  1. Educational Requirements: University degree in Business Administration or Economic Sciences. A master's degree in Human Resources is highly valued.
  2. Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant or Finance Controller.
  3. Languages: Spanish (mandatory) and fluent in English.
  4. Competencies & Skills: High analytical competencies, skilled in Excel, and able to communicate with precision and transparency.
