Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster/Country Total Reward Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Madrid. As a key member of our Compensation and Benefits team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with our company's objectives and remains competitive in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and remains competitive in the local market.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain high-performing employees.
  • Provide advisory support to senior management and HR staff on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Manage projects related to rewards, including annual salary and bonus reviews, benefits renewals, and data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Propose budget for salary review and define salary bands.
  • Propose new country reward policies in line with Group's objectives.
  • Propose or review compensation packages, including promotion and progressions.
  • Support the benefits administration and flexible benefits plan.
  • Review and approve the benefits contract renewal done by broker agency.
  • Provide annual information to Finance for annual reports.
  • Support job evaluation and grading.
  • Support international mobility process, and taxation management for expatriates.
  • Regular reporting and analysis on compensation and benefits trends to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or Economic Sciences.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources will be appreciated.
  • 5-8 years of experience as Compensation & Benefits Consultant or Finance Controller.
  • Spanish (mandatory).
  • High analytical competencies and skilled in Excel.
  • Ability to communicate with precision and transparency.
  • Skilled to communicate, and to coach and train managers.
  • Focused on continuous improvement & efficiency.
