Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster/Country Total Reward Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Madrid. As a key member of our Compensation and Benefits team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with our company's objectives and remains competitive in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and remains competitive in the local market.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Provide advisory support to senior management and HR staff on compensation and benefits matters.
- Manage projects related to rewards, including annual salary and bonus reviews, benefits renewals, and data accuracy across HR systems.
- Propose budget for salary review and define salary bands.
- Propose new country reward policies in line with Group's objectives.
- Propose or review compensation packages, including promotion and progressions.
- Support the benefits administration and flexible benefits plan.
- Review and approve the benefits contract renewal done by broker agency.
- Provide annual information to Finance for annual reports.
- Support job evaluation and grading.
- Support international mobility process, and taxation management for expatriates.
- Regular reporting and analysis on compensation and benefits trends to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or Economic Sciences.
- Master's degree in Human Resources will be appreciated.
- 5-8 years of experience as Compensation & Benefits Consultant or Finance Controller.
- Spanish (mandatory).
- High analytical competencies and skilled in Excel.
- Ability to communicate with precision and transparency.
- Skilled to communicate, and to coach and train managers.
- Focused on continuous improvement & efficiency.
