**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster/Country Total Reward Manager to join our Head Office in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring that our rewards programs align with our company objectives and remain competitive in the local market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that supports our business objectives and attracts and retains top talent.
  • Provide advisory support to senior management and HR staff on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring that our total rewards strategy is well communicated and understood.
  • Design and implement effective compensation and incentive programs, flexible benefits packages, and other rewards initiatives that drive business results.
  • Manage projects related to rewards, including annual salary and bonus reviews, benefits renewals, and guaranteeing data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Propose budgets for salary reviews and define salary bands, as well as propose new country reward policies in line with our group's objectives.
  • Support the benefits administration and flexible benefits plan, review and approve benefits contract renewals, and provide annual information to finance for annual reports.
  • Support job evaluation and grading, international mobility process, and taxation management for expatriates, and ensure that appropriate governance and controls are in place to ensure the accuracy and fairness of our rewards programs.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in Business Administration or Economic Sciences, with a master's degree in Human Resources being an asset.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant or Finance Controller.
  • Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and English.
  • High analytical competencies and skilled in Excel, with the ability to communicate with precision and transparency.
  • Skilled in communicating, coaching, and training managers.
