Your Future RoleAs a Cluster/Country Total Reward Manager at Alstom, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy. You will work closely with senior management and HR teams to design and implement effective reward programs that align with our business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Compensation Strategy Development: Design and implement compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Reward Program Management: Oversee the implementation and administration of reward programs, including annual salary and bonus reviews, benefits renewals, and flexible benefits plans.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular analysis and reporting on compensation and benefits trends to key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely data.
- Governance and Controls: Ensure the accuracy and fairness of our reward programs by implementing and maintaining appropriate governance and controls.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- University Degree: A degree in Business Administration or Economic Sciences, with a master's degree in Human Resources being an asset.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits consulting or finance controller roles.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and English.
- Competencies: High analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication and coaching skills.
