About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Marketplace team, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting companies, building trusting relationships with partner sellers, and supporting them in developing their business on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Prospect Companies: Utilize cold calling and mailing to initiate contact with potential clients and introduce them to the benefits of selling on Amazon.
  • Support Company Launch: Educate companies on the advantages of launching their business on Amazon and provide guidance on how to maximize their sales performance.
  • Build Relationships with Partner Sellers: Foster strong relationships with partner sellers, understanding their needs and providing support to help them grow their revenue.
  • Account Management: Work with partner sellers to optimize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe, focusing on key areas such as selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Training and Development: Train partner sellers on the tools available in the Seller Central account, ensuring their autonomy and ability to manage their business effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: From a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  • Strong Interest in E-commerce: Excellent level of Spanish and English, with a strong interest in the e-commerce sector
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel, with the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment
  • Commercial Experience: One or more successful commercial experiences in cold calling or managing customer accounts, with a preference for experience in the e-commerce sector, account management, sales, or consulting
