Xylem, a leading water technology company, seeks an exceptional candidate to fill its role of HR Shared Services Admin. This position is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the company's mission of addressing the world's most critical water challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the payroll cycle and HR admin tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in carrying out departmental activities, setting and achieving goals.
  • Maintain smooth workflow, adhering to Xylem policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

  • Administer various programs and activities covering multiple HR functions.
  • Carry out country-specific tasks, including translations, policy updates, and information gathering.
  • Understand and implement learning and training plans.
  • Provide HR solutions, advice, and consultation to employees.
  • Support the implementation of training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a Master's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, BA, labor law, or a related field.
  • Native Spanish, fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and database management.
  • Accuracy and discretion are essential.
