**Job Summary:**

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within our Global Recruiting team, supporting internal partners in finding top talent while providing excellent customer service to hiring managers.

You will partner with Business Leaders, Human Resources, and other teams to create and implement sustainable recruiting programs addressing immediate and long-term staffing goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns from intake calls to screening resumes, sourcing talent, making initial calls, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine effective recruitment strategies involving advertising, direct sourcing, agencies, and internal solutions.
  • Partner with the sourcing team to find the best talent and build pipelines for future requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate communications with candidates during the recruitment process, building strong relationships with active and passive candidates.
  • Manage internal recruitment processes and mobility movements.
  • Coordinate relationships with external agencies when necessary.
  • Promote and participate in employer branding activities to attract top tech talent and enhance our reputation.
  • Educate on diversity and equity in the recruitment process.
  • Attend recruitment events, speaking to potential candidates as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in end-to-end in-house or agency recruitment roles.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter with a track record of successfully placing candidates in finance, marketing, or operations roles.
  • Experience recruiting across the EMEA region.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and the latest trends.
  • Experience with Workday or another ATS system.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills. German language skills are a plus.
