We are seeking a seasoned BDR Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a remote team and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to identify, contact, and convert qualified opportunities into paying customers
- Build and lead a high-performing BDR team, providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure team members achieve their sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations, to align on prospecting messaging, opportunity qualification processes, and key account development
- Foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, and continuous learning within the team, promoting employee engagement and performanceRequirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BDR management in a fast-growing company, with a proven track record of building processes and defining success metrics from scratch
- Experience managing and leading a team of 4+ people, with a strong understanding of Salesforce and reporting skills
- Proven ability to lead by actions, influence, and motivate team members to achieve their goals
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and cycles, with experience selling software products
- Excellent forecasting, reporting, communication, and coaching skillsWhat We Offer
