Job Title:
Cardiology Sales Specialist for North Spain

Job Description:
As a Cardiology Sales Specialist for North Spain, you will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products, solutions, and services. You will drive overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product expertise on the product/modality across the accounts. Your role will involve developing, maintaining, and improving relations with key accounts to keep or set Philips as a preferred supplier. You will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. You will also initialize and coordinate all Philips efforts to the accounts to maximize the output of the sales group. You will create optimal offers to the accounts with the marketing, services, and supply chain teams. You will establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. You will create an account plan for each account for 2 years, translating budgeted targets into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group. You will create and implement action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips. You will drive the performance of the functions in the account team to get it done. You will systematically analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to make proposals for improvement. You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. You will build a strong relationship with KOLs from North Spain. You will provide technical & product support during Congress & workshops Live Cases that take place in Hospitals that are under territory responsibility. You will have a degree in biomedical engineering or clinical/science related field and 7+ years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the Cardiology area and in the medical device sector. You will be a great team player, proactive, customer-focused, and patient safety engagement. You will have strong influencing and negotiation skills. You will have English and Spanish language skills. You will be available to travel. You will be able to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
