Job Description:
As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products, solutions and services. You will drive overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product/modality across the accounts. Your role will involve developing, maintaining and improving relations with a limited number of key accounts to establish Philips as a preferred supplier. You will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. You will initialize and coordinate all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group. You will create, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, the optimal offers to the accounts. You will establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. You will create an account plan for each account for 2 years, translating budgeted targets into specific strategy and actions as part of the operational plan of the sales group. You will create and implement action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips. You will drive the performance of the functions in the account team to achieve objectives. You will systematically analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to make proposals for improvement. You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. You will build strong relationships with KOLs from North of Spain. You will demonstrate presentation, communication, and follow-up skills. You will provide technical and product support during Congress & workshops Live Cases that take place in hospitals under territory responsibility.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in biomedical engineering or a clinical/science-related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the Cardiology area and in the medical device sector.
- Great team player, proactive, customer-focused, and engaged in patient safety.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- English and Spanish language skills.
- Availability to travel.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
