Job Title: Technical Application Scientist, qPCR HM475

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical application support for qPCR instruments and reagents, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new technologies and products, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Deliver exceptional technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers, leveraging expertise in qPCR technology.
  4. Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system, contributing to continuous improvement.
  5. Proactively determine customer needs and provide innovative solutions, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in qPCR technology, applying knowledge to drive business success.
  7. Participate in training on products and continuing education on new applications and technologies, ensuring expertise and staying ahead of the curve.
Job Requirements:
  1. 2+ years laboratory experience, with a strong background in molecular biology or a related field.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field, with a focus on qPCR applications and troubleshooting.
  3. Proven experience in qPCR technology, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and collaboration.
  5. Ambitious and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  6. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  7. Fluent English, with proficiency in one or more European languages (Italian, French, or German).
