- Offer expert technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers, resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Proactively determine customer needs and provide innovative solutions, enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in qPCR technology, applying knowledge to drive business success.
- Participate in training on products and continuing education on our new applications and technologies, ensuring expertise and staying ahead of the curve.
- 2+ years laboratory experience, with a strong background in molecular biology or a related field.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field, with equivalent experience considered.
- Proven experience in qPCR applications and troubleshooting, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with fluency in English and one additional European language (Italian, French, or German).
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual with a passion for driving innovation and collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a commitment to inclusiveness and diversity.
