Job Description
Overview
The B2B team at Aplo is responsible for developing and growing our merchant network, ensuring that our users receive the best possible deals and services. As a Senior E-commerce Partnership Specialist or Global Merchant Growth Manager, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by building and maintaining strong relationships with our e-commerce partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of 3000+ online partners, negotiating commercial deals and special offers to drive growth and revenue.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Business Operations, Product, Data, and Tech teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering trust and collaboration to drive long-term success.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of commercial and onboarding strategies to expand our user base and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and build solid foundations for scaling our department globally.
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of experience in business positions, preferably in client-facing roles in startups or the tech industry.
- Graduate from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for starting from scratch, embracing challenges, and being hands-on.
- Independence, autonomy, and ability to set and exceed high standards.
- Business sense, analytical skills, and ability to quickly grasp people's needs and close deals.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong capacity for adaptation, organization, and autonomy.
