As an E-Commerce Brand Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our sellers. You'll be responsible for explaining and guiding them through the use of our internal platforms, including Brandsplace.
Your tasks will include:
- Explain and guide the seller through their onboarding process
- Find solutions adapted to the seller's profile on a technical point of view
- Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team
- Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems
- Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part in order to add new products to our permanent offer / catalogs
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Initial experience in a level 1 technical support role and/or in customer relations
- Good knowledge of the world of e-commerce and/or marketplaces
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent relationships with both internal and external customers with good cross-functionality
- Able to identify and analyze technical problems, guided towards results and continuous improvement
- Good ability to train others on IT tools using language adapted to each interlocutor
- Fluency in German and English
