About the Role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to join our team. As an IT Consultant, you will work closely with our clients' leadership teams to understand their key challenges and develop tailored IT strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy customized IT strategies and digital platforms to leverage the digital potential of our clients
  • Evaluate and coach our clients' technology teams to ensure quality and risk management
  • Develop groundbreaking projects by enabling our clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation
  • Work on a variety of technology topics, applying technical consulting skills to strategic technology questions
Requirements
  • Between 4-6 years of experience in IT Strategy and consulting, professional software development or IT project management
  • Prior IT consulting experience preferable or similar roles on final clients (focused on technology, digital initiatives)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, customer focus, and mental agility with a results orientation
  • Technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: Solution Enterprise Architecture, IT Modernization, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Platforms, Physical Digital Channels, ERP, Manufacturing Platforms, Banking Insurance Platforms, DevOps, Bimodal IT
