**Job Summary**
We are looking for a seasoned IT Process Consultant with a strong background in ITIL, COBIT, and Lean IT. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of capacity management, IT demand management, and other IT-related processes. As an IT Process Consultant, you will work closely with our internal teams to assess our current processes, provide expert guidance, and implement process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate the current state of IT processes and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing ITIL processes, capacity management, and IT demand management practices.
- Design and implement processes to optimize IT resource utilization.
- Create and facilitate workshops and training sessions for internal staff to build understanding and capability in IT processes, capacity, and demand management.
- Develop new documentation, such as manuals, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on best practices and industry trends.
- Assist in configuring ITSM tools and technologies that support the implementation of new processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Establish metrics and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Provide ongoing support and adjustments to ensure processes remain aligned with business goals.
