Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Process Consultant to join our team. As an IT Process Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients improve their IT service management processes and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the current state of IT processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing ITIL processes, capacity management, and IT demand management practices
  • Design and implement process improvements to optimize IT resource utilization
  • Create and facilitate workshops and training sessions for internal staff to build understanding and capability in IT processes, capacity, and demand management
  • Develop and maintain documentation, such as manuals, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on best practices and industry trends
  • Assist in configuring ITSM tools and technologies that support the implementation of new processes
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure process performance
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
  • Provide ongoing support and adjustments to ensure processes remain aligned with business goals

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of best practices for IT (ITIL, COBIT, Lean IT)
  • Fluency in English
  • Capacity management, IT demand management, and other IT-related processes
