Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Consultant to join our Global Business Services team at Siemens. As an IT Consultant for Process Excellence and Compliance, you will play a key role in improving and coaching our team members in compliant IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure process adherence and serve as the single point of contact for relevant process topics.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and execute training programs to educate our team on process-related topics.

Requirements

  • Profound knowledge of IT process and compliance topics, including Disaster Recovery Management, Business Continuity Management, Information Security, and IT Compliance & Risk Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT process and compliance.
  • Academic degree related to Information Technology, Business, or Economics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change.
  • Passion for delivering value-added services to customers.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in scrum and agile methodology.
  • Advanced knowledge of the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
  • Experience in analyzing complex system issues and executing solution approaches.

Language Requirements

  • Professional Business English (required).
  • German (desired).
