**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Process Excellence Team Controlling to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our Process Excellence Team, you will play a critical role in driving business efficiency and excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end process designs that drive business efficiency and excellence.
  • Lead the harmonization and standardization of processes across the organization.
  • Implement SAP FI projects in compliance with milestones, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Specify and document business requirements, user acceptance test scripts, and training scripts for finance and accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal SAP IT consultants and external technical implementation partners to drive project success.
  • Serve as the regional main contact for Accounting-specific demands and incidents, supporting group-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in e-governance and tax projects in Europe, driving business excellence and compliance.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate risks and increase compliance for Finance & Accounting, in close collaboration with Group Risk Management.
  • Support group-wide projects and initiatives, adhering to milestones in a quality and timely manner.
  • Prepare training documents and guidelines to ensure knowledge sharing and process excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Academic degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or IT.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, with a focus on Finance/Controlling.
  • Several years of work experience in SAP consulting and/or SAP module support, with a focus on the module FI.
  • Professional experience in SAP module CO/COPA is an advantage.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Profound knowledge of the international industry environment.
  • Broad knowledge of process automation solutions in accounting.
  • Experience in relevant IT systems, including MS Office and SAP.
