- Qualification Concepts: Develop and implement qualification concepts for our production plants.
- Improvement Initiatives: Evaluate, propose, and justify improvements and investments, working with the Plant Manager and Asset Manager.
- Energy Efficiency: Develop and implement energy efficiency initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
- Process Automation: Automate current processes and update DCS recipes and strategies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Participate in knowledge-sharing networks to exchange experiences with other sites and technology units.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement Operational Excellence measures and report on their effectiveness.
- Education: University education in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a related field is essential.
- Courses: Course in Occupational Risk Prevention and Basic Security Process course.
- Skills: Knowledge of Siemens PCS 7, user-level command of office automation (MS Office, SAP), and intermediate level of English.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a sense of innovation.
