Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Excellence Strategies: Design and implement visionary strategies to drive operational excellence and revamp business processes, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.

- Pilot Change Management Initiatives: Pilot change management initiatives, ensuring operational excellence becomes an integral part of Bitpanda's culture.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Join forces with cross-functional teams to decentralize process improvements and optimize business outcomes.
- Master Hyperautomation: Collaborate closely with the hyperautomation team to orchestrate end-to-end process automation, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies.
- Proven expertise in operations, business process enhancement, and change management.
- Adeptness in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies, as well as experience using BPMN 2.0 along with process mapping tools.
- Strong analytical skills that transform data into actionable strategies.
- Deep understanding of hyperautomation and its applications.
- Ability to understand stakeholders' requirements and guide them through the process, as well as ability to translate those requests to the development team.
