About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to support the transformation of Galderma into a mature continuous improvement/problem-solving organization. As a Global Operational Excellence Manager, you will lead and support critical complex global projects and activities across sites and regions, ensuring value is defined across the end-to-end value stream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, development, and implementation of global lean supply and manufacturing programs
  • Promote knowledge management, best practice sharing, and adoption across teams globally
  • Support key stakeholders across the end-to-end Value stream to assess the flow of value from suppliers to customers and identify targeted improvement opportunities
