Job Title: Global Quality Operational Excellence Manager

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that is committed to delivering innovative solutions to improve the lives of people with skin conditions. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Quality Operational Excellence Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for leading and managing continuous improvement projects within the Global Quality Operations team. Your primary focus will be on optimizing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring excellence in quality management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures across Quality Operations team
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity
  • Promote knowledge management, best practice sharing and adoption across Quality Operations team
  • Provide input and influence the Lean Six Sigma approach to build a strong culture of data driven decision making
  • Build improvement capability, focused on delivering value to our customers in the most productive way, by teaching, coaching, mentoring, and supporting employees and teams to develop their Operational excellence skills and enable them to use improvement techniques on their own
  • Support an active learning environment with the aim of enhancing capabilities and ways of working
Requirements
  • University bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or Engineering
  • 7 + years of professional experience using improvement methods. E.g. Lean, Six sigma, Agile Shingo etc.
  • Lean Six sigma Black Belt / Master black belt certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA; EMA and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Good knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Facilitation skills to design and run improvement workshops and training sessions.
  • Business partnering, stakeholder management, and hands-on to get into the details if needed.
  • Budget accountability.
  • Strong team player with effective communication and People management skills
  • Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
