**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Quality Assurance Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Quality Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving excellence in quality management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality.
  • Implement and promote Lean Six Sigma and other relevant improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures across Quality Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Promote knowledge management, best practice sharing, and adoption across Quality Operations teams.
  • Provide input and influence the Lean Six Sigma approach to build a strong culture of data-driven decision making.
  • Promote the valuation of benefits through favorable KPI movement and the understanding of related financial impacts.
  • Build improvement capability by teaching, coaching, mentoring, and supporting employees and teams to develop their operational excellence skills.

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge of complex process mapping across complex end-to-end supply chains.
  • Ability to support an active learning environment to enhance capabilities and ways of working.
