About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Leader for Global Quality to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our Global Quality Operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring excellence in quality management across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality across our Global Quality Operations team.
  2. Implement Operational Excellence: Promote Lean Six Sigma and other relevant improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our team.
  3. Develop Standard Operating Procedures: Create and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across our Quality Operations team.
  4. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business results.
  5. Promote Knowledge Management: Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to promote best practices, share knowledge, and drive adoption across our Quality Operations team.
  6. Provide Input and Influence: Contribute to the development of our Lean Six Sigma approach and provide input on strategic initiatives to drive business results.
  7. Build Improvement Capability: Develop and implement training programs to build the skills and capabilities of our team members, enabling them to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  8. Support an Active Learning Environment: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging our team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas.
Requirements
  1. University Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or Engineering.
  2. Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in using improvement methods, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Shingo.
  3. Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is preferred.
  4. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  5. Change Management: Good knowledge of change management methodologies.
  6. Facilitation Skills: Strong facilitation skills to design and run improvement workshops and training sessions.
  7. Business Partnering: Ability to partner with business stakeholders to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  8. Fluency in English: Fluency in English is required, with other European languages being a plus.
