Job Title: Global Quality Operational Excellence Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Quality Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at Galderma Pharma S.A. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Continuous Improvement Projects: Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and improve quality management processes.
  • Implement Lean Six Sigma and Other Improvement Methodologies: Promote and implement Lean Six Sigma and other relevant improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence and support the development of an improvement-focused culture.
  • Develop and Implement Standard Operating Procedures: Create and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the Quality Operations team.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and promote knowledge management.
  • Provide Input and Influence: Contribute to the development of a strong culture of data-driven decision making and promote the valuation of benefits through favorable KPI movement.
  • Build Improvement Capability: Teach, coach, mentor, and support employees and teams to develop their operational excellence skills and enable them to use improvement techniques on their own.
  • Knowledge of Complex Process Mapping: Possess knowledge of complex process mapping across complex end-to-end supply chains.
  • Support an Active Learning Environment: Foster an environment that enhances capabilities and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Education: University bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience using improvement methods, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Shingo.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory requirements; good knowledge of change management methodologies; facilitation skills to design and run improvement workshops and training sessions; business partnering, stakeholder management, and hands-on skills to get into details if needed; budget accountability; strong team player with effective communication and people management skills; fluency in English, with other European languages a plus.
