Job Title: Global Operational Excellence Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving our transformation into a mature continuous improvement/problem-solving organization. This involves implementing fundamental principles, problem-solving, and tiered accountability across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Global Lean Supply and Manufacturing Programs: Develop and implement global lean supply and manufacturing programs to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our operations.
  2. Complex Process Mapping: Utilize your expertise in complex process mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimize our end-to-end supply chains.
  3. Promote Knowledge Management and Best Practices: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across our global teams.
  4. Support Value Stream Assessment and Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the flow of value from suppliers to customers and identify targeted improvement opportunities.
  5. Lead Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement improvement initiatives that drive sustainable results and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  6. Promote Lean Six Sigma and Improvement Methodologies: Promote the use of Lean Six Sigma and other relevant improvement methodologies to drive process excellence.
  7. Measure and Communicate Benefits: Develop and communicate the value of improvements through favorable KPI movement and financial impact.
  8. Support Active Learning and Capability Development: Foster an environment that encourages active learning and capability development to enhance our employees' skills and ways of working.
