Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring operational excellence? We're seeking a skilled Operational Risk Specialist to join our team at Chubb - Disabled.

As an Operational Risk Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Operations Controls team in all aspects of SOX Operational Risk within our Finance Operations area. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in ensuring that adequate controls are embedded in our processes in the Operations unit, continually reviewing and keeping them current.

You will also be responsible for supporting operational improvements and change management within a strict control environment, working on Process Standardization initiatives, analyzing productivity and performance across Operations, and providing a positive experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running the Quality Assurance Process for the Region and driving improved performance both internally and with external outsourced partners.
  • Designing, implementing, and embedding best practice to achieve high-quality service provision for internal teams and external outsourced partners.
  • Establishing contact with brokers to enhance their perception of Chubb by liaising with them.
  • Collaborating with underwriters, intermediaries, and other key stakeholders to identify areas where quality improvement is required and designing and implementing effective solutions.

Work with the BI team to prioritize and support changes to enhance quality on Operations and Underwriting. Work within the framework of Chubb ethical and general guidelines. Maintain continuous education opportunities to improve own technical skills and maintain professional credentials.
