About the Role

Your responsibilities include managing the logistics of repairs and loans, improving efficiency within the repair and loan process, and working with the Sales team in product introduction and future sales. You will be the face of the company, handling customer inquiries and ensuring all customer requests are actioned. Additionally, you will conduct repair trend observations, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support where required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the logistics of repairs and loans, including collection, administration, and distribution
  • Improve efficiency within the repair and loan process to improve uptime
  • Work with the Sales team in product introduction and future sales
  • Conduct repair trend observations to find the root cause of problems
  • Provide technical support where required
  • Conduct basic practical training and education with customers to prevent avoidable repairs
  • Work closely with the local Uptime Support Manager to ensure an aligned action plan
Requirements
  • Electronic/Electrical Engineering qualification as per country requirement
  • Desirable background on Multi vendor equipment or experience in engineering roles
  • Previous experience in large healthcare projects is desirable
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be pro-active to change
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge/Experience in Hygiene desirable not essential
