About the Role

The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Director to lead the development and implementation of our organization-wide OD strategy.

As OD Director, you will be responsible for designing and owning our Change Management (CM) & Org Design (OD) methodology and tools. You will build capabilities around CM & OD methodologies across functions, partner with units on necessary actions, and provide OD & CM expertise to business transformations.

The ideal candidate will have a senior P&O profile with strong expertise on Organizational Development matters, advanced project management skills, and a comfortable working in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own Change Management (CM) & Org Design (OD) methodology and tools
  • Build capabilities around CM & OD methodologies across functions
  • Partner with units on necessary actions based on organizational health KPIs
  • Provide OD & CM expertise to business transformations

Requirements

  • Senior P&O profile with strong expertise on Organizational Development matters
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity
