Project Manager Aeronautics Specialist

Slashmobility is a leading company in Apps Solutions, specializing in enterprise IT transformation and providing top-notch IT talent to our clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a critical aeronautics international project for one of the world's leading aeronautics solutions providers.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of new products or services delivery projects to meet the needs of our airline and avionics manufacturer customers.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with our internal cross-functional team located in 20+ countries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to delivery, transition, and closure, ensuring expected outcomes for stakeholders and business.
- Understand and articulate internal requirements, recommending options with technical experts or contributors.
- Define resource requirements and coordinate large, diverse cross-functional teams.
- Ensure project requirements, deadlines, budgets, and schedules are on track, anticipating and removing blockers and impediments.
- Lead project governance, managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs according to PMO governance.
- Assist program or project managers by managing sub-projects or key task elements, reporting regularly on progress and managing assignments to completion.
- Manage project communication and stakeholders' relationships.
- Foster a positive team culture: customer-centric, growth-oriented, and collaborative.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree with solid academic qualifications, preferably in a technical domain, complemented by equivalent business experience.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience with technical aptitude and hands-on experience, including software product development and Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, positive can-do attitude, able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Track record in managing and delivering projects of varying complexities, budget, and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including technical staff, commercial, product, operations, and providers, and present summaries to executives and senior management.
- Experience with software development, infrastructure projects, and/or the aeronautical industry.
- Advanced level English required.
- PMP Certified or on the way to getting certified.
- Experience delivering business-critical applications.
