Project Manager Aeronautics Leader

Slashmobility is a leading company in Apps Solutions, specializing in enterprise IT transformation and providing top-notch IT talent to our clients.
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a critical aeronautics project for one of our key clients, a major aeronautics solutions provider. As a member of the Slashmobility team, you will work closely with our internal cross-functional team, located in 20+ countries, to deliver innovative solutions to our Airlines and Avionics manufacturers customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to delivery, transition, and closure, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Understand and articulate internal requirements, recommending options for plan, delivery strategy, budget, schedule, risks, and more.
- Define resource requirements and coordinate large, diverse cross-functional teams.
- Ensure project requirements, deadlines, budgets, and schedules are on track.
- Anticipate and remove blockers and impediments.
- Lead project governance, including status reports, gate presentations, communications, and risk mitigation.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, adhering to PMO governance.
- Assist program or project managers by managing sub-projects or key task elements, reporting regularly on progress and ensuring completion.
- Manage project communication and stakeholders' relationships.
- Foster a positive culture in your team, emphasizing customer-centricity, growth, and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical domain, complemented by equivalent business experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience with technical aptitude and hands-on experience, including software product development and Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, positive can-do attitude, with ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Track record of managing and delivering projects of varying complexities, budget, and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from technical staff to executives and senior management.
- Experience with software development, infrastructure projects, and/or the aeronautical industry.
- Advanced level English required.
Nice-to-have qualifications include PMP certification or being on the path to certification, as well as experience delivering business-critical applications.
