Job Title: Packaging Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Project Leader to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our packaging team, you will be responsible for managing packaging projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement packaging solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential packaging-related issues
  • Interface with external suppliers to source packaging materials and resolve technical challenges
  • Implement quality control processes for packaging materials and finished products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with packaging suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging or related engineering field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries, gained especially in Production or CI
  • Knowledge of GMP/GDP is strongly meriting
  • Project management experience
  • Development experience (secondary & tertiary packaging)
  • Formal continuous improvement qualification (lean sigma green or black belt preferable)
  • Strongly business-oriented, agile, and ready to travel internationally, on a frequent basis
  • Fluent in both written and spoken French (Desirable)
  • Team player
