Job Title: Packaging Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Project Leader to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our packaging team, you will be responsible for managing the development of innovative and functional packaging solutions for our pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement packaging strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging solutions meet regulatory requirements and customer needs
  • Manage packaging projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with packaging suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to packaging
  • Develop and implement quality control processes for packaging materials and finished products
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Packaging or related engineering field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries, gained especially in Production or CI
  • Knowledge of GMP/GDP is strongly meriting
  • Project management experience
  • Development experience (secondary & tertiary packaging)
  • Formal continuous improvement qualification (lean sigma green or black belt preferable)
  • Strongly business oriented, agile and ready to travel internationally, on a frequent basis
  • Fluent in both written and spoken French (Desirable)
  • Team player
