Job Title: Packaging Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Project Leader to join our team in Barcelona. As a Packaging Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing a CDMO portfolio producing pharmaceutical or cosmetic products for worldwide markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative and functional packaging solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with packaging suppliers
  • Project management: create project plans, set milestones, and coordinate efforts of the packaging team and other stakeholders
  • Risk assessment and troubleshooting: identify potential risks and challenges related to packaging and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Technical interface to external suppliers on packaging activities
  • Product/technical stewardship: implement quality control processes for packaging materials and finished products
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Packaging or related engineering field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries, gained especially in Production or CI
  • Knowledge of GMP/GDP is strongly meriting
  • Project management experience
  • Development experience (secondary & tertiary packaging)
  • Formal continuous improvement qualification (lean sigma green or black belt preferable)
