Project Manager Aeronautics- Hybrid

Slashmobility is a leading company in Apps Solutions, specializing in enterprise IT transformation and providing top-notch IT talent to our clients. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead a significant aeronautics project for one of the world's leading aeronautics solutions providers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to delivery, transition, and closure, ensuring successful outcomes for stakeholders and the business.
- Understand and articulate internal requirements, recommending options for plan, delivery strategy, budget, schedule, risks, and more, in collaboration with technical experts.
- Define resource requirements and coordinate large, diverse cross-functional teams.
- Ensure project requirements, deadlines, budgets, and schedules are on track, anticipating and removing blockers and impediments.
- Lead project governance, including status reports, gate presentations, communications, and risk mitigation processes, while managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Assist program or project managers by managing sub-projects or key task elements, reporting regularly on progress and managing each assignment to completion.
- Manage project communication and stakeholders' relationships.
- Foster a positive team culture, emphasizing customer-centricity, growth, and a 'do it together' mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, complemented by equivalent business experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience with technical aptitude and hands-on experience, including software product development and Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, positive can-do attitude, with ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Track record of managing and delivering projects of varying complexities, budgets, and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from technical staff to executives and senior management.
- Experience with software development, infrastructure projects, and/or the aeronautical industry.
- Advanced level English required.
- PMP certification or in progress.
- Experience delivering business-critical applications.
