- Education: Bachelor's degree, MSc, or similar level.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, business-oriented, well-organized, and analytical, with the ability to connect with people and earn their trust.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital tools, ability to quickly understand and become an expert on new tools, and experience with Jira or other Agile project management software.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing software development projects, Agile methodologies, and teamwork in dynamic environments.
- Engineering Background: Highly valued.
- AI Experience: Experience or interest in working with Artificial Intelligence (NLP, ML, etc.).
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary + incentive package (depending on experience level).
- Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule (38h): Monday to Thursday: check-in 08:00h-09:30h, check-out starting at 17:00h; Fridays: from 09:00h to 15:00h.
- Benefits: 23 vacation days per year + 1 for your birthday, remote work (one day per spring), and a wide and comfortable office in the center of Barcelona.
