Siegfried is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in El Masnou. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects in the area of Project and Program Management. Your role will involve evaluating projects from a technical and cost perspective, planning and implementing them in our production routine or finalizing the first validation campaign.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate projects and define the project framework in collaboration with the project team, client, and Business Development Manager.
- Define the technical viability, estimate production costs, and plan the project timeline.
- Develop a project plan, including stages, objectives, required resources, costs, and investment, and present it to the Project Steering Committee.
- Develop the process strategy and analytical methods, distribution, validation, required equipment, and infrastructure.
- Define and track a detailed project plan, including activities, involved departments, and required resources.
- Conduct a risk assessment in collaboration with the project team.
- Define the project team.
- Support the Business Development Manager in establishing the business plan.
- Basic education: Degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or related sciences.
- Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish, knowledge of cGMP in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients and/or finished products.
- Good MS Office skills.
- 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
